Africa with Titan Travel & Longleat Safari Park

I was lucky enough to be invited by Titan Travel to a fantastic VIP Africa event at Longleat Safari Park.  The day started with arrival refreshments followed by an inspiring presentation by Mr Stuart Douglass-Lee (Head of Products).  He spoke in depth about the 8 itineraries that Titan have on offer for 2013/14

The Best Of South Africa offers 19 days from Johannesburg to Capetown including 16 excursions and visits among which you have lunch at an ostrich farm, 4-game drives at Mala Mala Game Reserve and visiting the penguins at Boulders Beach.

  Tracks Of Africa was among my favourite of Titans Africa itineraries – 17 days travelling from Capetown to the famous Victoria Falls.  10 included excursions and visits including High tea at the Mount Nelson Hotel, a luxurious 2 night train journey on Rovos Rails ‘Pride of Africa’ and a stay at the 5 star Table Bay Hotel in Capetown along with 2 games drives in 4×4 vehicles in Chobe National Park – a truly epic journey.   photo jeep

Our VIP day ended with an amazing 2-hour private tour of Longleat Safari Park which included feeding the giraffes.  We were taken unbelievably close to Rhinos, Lions and Tigers and of course saw the cheeky antics of the monkeys in the ‘Monkey Drive thru’ – a most memorable experience.
